Holiday Park Manager

Leadership, discipline and calm under pressure are what make a great holiday park manager.

An established, well-regarded holiday park on the Victorian coast is seeking expressions of interest from veterans and first responders for a potential on-site manager role. The park is in good condition, with a strong guest reputation and a varied accommodation mix. The focus of the role is leading a small team, improving presentation and guest experience, and helping to modernise how the business operates.

You won't be doing it alone. Bookkeeping, payroll and legal matters are handled off-site, and a supportive management team will back you throughout any transition.

Individuals are preferred; however, couples are also welcome. Hospitality or holiday park experience is an advantage but not essential, and trainee managers are encouraged to apply.

Base salary + super + accommodation
